We support companies in tackling the great shortage of skilled workers also with short courses, e.g. partial qualifications in the metal or electrical sector (electrical specialist for defined activities), consultations (responsible electrical specialist) and interim solutions.

Audiences and commissioning parties

Our programmes are aimed in particular at school leavers and people from all walks of life and social backgrounds. We take account of heterogeneous educational biographies and offer individual support. We respond to the broad spectrum of different educational prerequisites and the social experience of our participants through permanent adaptation processes of the educational content and teaching methods. Companies that use our service of external combined apprenticeship also count among our customers. Companies of industrial machine manufacturing belong to our customer circle as do customers from medical technology, air-conditioning technology, conveyor technology, railway technology and the textile industry.

Larger players in logistics as well as automotive industry suppliers are also companies that like to work with us. Among our declared goals is to expand these beyond regional borders and thus have a national and international network of customers. For them we take over all necessary processes, starting with advice, selection of the apprentice and the suitable profession for the respective industry, conclusion of the apprenticeship contract, through to registration of the final exam before the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK).

Last but not least, the Employment Agency, job centres and the state insurance institution must be mentioned. Academy Vocational Winkels Hofmann GmbH redeems its customers’ education vouchers and, in line with its annual education goal planning, allocates its contingents in the areas of further training and retraining. Our programmes are regularly adapted to the requirements of the labour market. To this end, we are in constant exchange with potential employers and funding bodies.
